A short testimonial recorded after a healing session with Tapas. Allie's owner describes feeling energy release from his neck and travel down to his tail, unzipping and clearing off. She notes Allie came forward and asked for the session himself, and stayed relaxed on camera afterward.
In this monthly TAT for Animals group session, Tapas worked with Betsey's dog Flounce, addressing weakness and a static-like sensation down her hind legs and tail plus some digestive discomfort, tied to an old back injury from Flounce's youth, and briefly checked in on Betsey's other dog Bertie, who was born with a developmental delay from lack of oxygen at birth and has continued to gain new abilities since starting TAT. She also worked with Helen's 16-year-old dog Nico, addressing separation anxiety, dental pain, and low heart energy, and relayed a message she described as coming from Nico reassuring Helen not to worry if he were to pass, noting it wasn't imminent (a communication described by the practitioner, not a veterinary assessment). Co-host Alex raised her friend's dog Charlie, who barks when she hugs the friend, and the group set an intention for Charlie to feel at ease. Betsey and Helen both reported their dogs seeming calmer by session's end.
The July 16, 2026 session. Pam brings Chubby Checkers, a bottle-fed rescue kitten with persistent diarrhea; Betsey brings Flounce, whose hip pain worsens in summer heat. Tapas scans both — shock and stomach anxiety in the kitten, weakness along Flounce's back — then leads a group TAT including forgiveness. Both settle; owners feel calmer too.
The June 17, 2026 "gang heal." Betsey reports lasting gains: Flounce no longer pulls fur over an old spine injury, Bertie holds steady after a suspected stroke, Marilyn seems brighter. Alex adds Pippa, a barking Yorkie, and Oliver, a cat who settled after one session. Human relationships surfaced too.
A short teaching clip (June 2, 2026) on handling the obstructive, limiting thoughts that arise when you begin this work ('this is too simple,' 'I'm not a trained healer'). Rather than believing or pushing them away, Tapas teaches you to stay with the thought in the heart pose and state its opposite prefaced with 'It's possible that…', which quiets the mind so you can help your animal and yourself.
A short teaching clip (June 2, 2026) explaining that an animal's stress can be genetic — traumas passed down through lineages — and that TAT handles this through the intention 'This is for me, my whole family, all my ancestors,' said in the heart pose. You don't need to know the specifics; you simply include the repeating pattern and how your animal is acting.
A short guided session for newcomers. Tapas demonstrates the three poses, notes "God" can be swapped or skipped, and explains your animal needn't be present. She leads a full short TAT for what's stressing you both, then closes with aftercare: drink water, offer your animal water, repeat up to daily.
The May 2026 monthly group session. Participants raise a range of issues — Pam's bullied cat Tiffany, Julia's cat Luna (dissolved urinary stones plus chronic constipation), Betsey's senior cat Flounce, a reluctant-to-walk golden retriever, and a barking, house-training dog named Pippa. Tapas does energetic scans and leads a group TAT.
The full-length April 2026 monthly group session (the longer version of the demo overview). Betsey's cat Flounce, Carol's three dogs (Molly, Izzy with tumors, grumpy Penny), and Pam's 'hacked' cat Tiffany are scanned and included in one group TAT; reports afterward note Penny letting herself be picked up and Tiffany's green energy 'gone.'
The March 2026 monthly session. Tapas teaches the 'you don't have to keep that picture' statement (animals hold still images of trauma). Pam works on a rescue dog now aggressive with other dogs at a shelter; there's Q&A on leash-pulling, litter-box issues, and jumping up; and Carol reports Molly's car anxiety is improving, with a group session for Molly.
The February 2026 monthly session. Betsey testifies TAT works for her animals; Christine (Australia) works on a dog's grooming, nail-trim and vet anxiety and fear of big dogs; and Carol addresses her own resistance to doing TAT plus Molly's sudden car anxiety. Themes include whether TAT helps physical issues and how the energy 'fills the house.'
The January 2026 monthly session. Judy asks whether TAT helps physical health (yes — much is trauma-based). The main work is a remote session for Pamela's rescue cat Tuvia — hit by a car with a cleft palate, now blind, plus a ringworm outbreak — read via the owner's body. Tapas is trialing a shorter new TAT 'language.'
The December 3, 2025 monthly session. Tapas scans and treats Betsey's dog Rosie and cat Flounce, then works on Julia's dog Pixie, who has recurring IVDD (herniated discs in the neck and lower back) with painful flare-ups, plus alopecia and arthritis. She perceives a 'nerves die then regrow' pattern and treats the neck and spine.
The December 19, 2025 monthly session. The focus is Betsey's 'miracle cat' Bertie, whom a vet had called permanently brain-damaged — rescued from a barn where terriers kill rats. Tapas addresses the trauma and modern-frequency 'static' she perceives, and over about two sessions Bertie now grooms, purrs, and sleeps on the bed.
The October 22, 2025 monthly session. The main work is an end-of-life session for Gretchen's dog Rosebud — Valley Fever and possible cancer, declining and winded, with the vet suggesting euthanasia. Tapas perceives Rosebud as calm and not in pain, 'already transitioned' and at ease, and Gretchen chooses gratitude. Betsey also reports her brain-damaged cat Bertie much improved.
The September 17, 2025 monthly session ('the newest TAT'). Tapas teaches how to talk to a sick or painful body part — saying 'I love you' and reconnecting it with the whole body. She then scans and treats Betsey's cat Flounce for the chronic back injury from a tree fall, after which Flounce is calmer and her back feels better.
The August 20, 2025 monthly session ('the newest TAT'). The main work is Kim's dog Bodhi, thought to have brain damage from the rabies vaccine — extremely sensory-reactive, barking and lunging at almost everything. A remote scan shows 'lightning-bolt' energy around his head; after two rounds of TAT it calms, and for the first time in years Kim can walk right up to him.
The July 16, 2025 session. Tapas works with Sara's blind rescue dog Tisa (eyes removed from glaucoma, chronic diarrhea), explaining the TAT terms and scanning fear in the guts, blindness-related confusion, and a tight heart, then leading a full session. Kim's dog is also included.
A re-run of the foundational TAT for Dogs webinar (May 15, 2025). Same material: trauma history, genetic/breed tendencies, adoption grief, and wifi/unseen 'projections' with 'red landing lights' that make dogs cry, followed by an energetic-scan demo and a group TAT for your own dog.
The foundational TAT for Dogs webinar. Tapas covers the kinds of stress TAT addresses — trauma history, genetic/breed tendencies, adoption grief, and wifi/unseen 'projections' that make dogs cry — describing 'red landing lights' and movie-like projections that dissolve with TAT, then an energetic-scan demo and group TAT.
The foundational TAT for Cats webinar. Tapas covers trauma history, genetic illness tendencies, adoption grief, and wifi/unseen 'projections' that make cats cry, with cat-specific additions (an 'extra surprising chakra' and the tail-tip antenna), then an energetic 'cat scan' demo and group TAT.
The origin story and orientation for the program. Tapas recounts a cat that urged her to share this widely, and recommends starting with the first three videos (the poses and how to get the most from each session), then using the rest in any order, repeatedly — noting some issues take several sessions while others show an immediate difference.
A full guided TAT session to help your pet feel happier and more relaxed — you simply listen, whether or not the animal is in the room. Tapas leads the heart-pose intention, the release of entanglement with the core pattern, the opening of receptors to love and health, and integration through the poses, advising once (twice max) per day and letting a tired animal rest.
Tapas answers questions about her remote work. After 30+ years she can feel and hear (telepathically) what's happening with an animal from a photo or live video, and describes energy healing as delivering 'new information' to a being's body, mind, and feelings via the poses — stressing it's the divine, not her, doing the healing. She covers shelter-animal clearings, wifi-affected crying, and side effect, including a personal cancer-recovery claim.
Tapas outlines five categories you can use TAT for with an animal: fear (thunder, delivery people, big dogs), sickness (including emotional roots and genetic weaknesses/allergies), unknown trouble, traumatic history (especially in adopted pets), and weird behavior (which she links to wifi/modern frequencies). Her advice: work on one thing at a time, repeat every few days, and expect gradual improvement.
Tapas names the three main blockages to clearly connecting with your animal: your thoughts and beliefs, your emotional condition (which your pet picks up), and not being fully present in your body. She walks through clearing the first — stating a limiting thought in the heart pose, then an 'it's possible' opposite — and recommends TAT for the other two.
A brief instructional clip walking through the hand poses used in the recordings: the heart pose (palm over palm at the heart midline), the TAT pose (fingers lightly at the inner eye corners and above the eyebrows, other hand at the base of the skull), and the ear pose — always a light touch with no pressure.
Practical guidance for using a TAT session with an animal: check with your vet and continue normal care first, then simply set the intention that the TAT addresses whatever is going on — you don't need to diagnose it. Set the intention and follow along with the recording.
A guided TAT session for grief after a pet has died. Tapas invites you to begin in the heart pose, express to your pet whatever is in your heart, and treat any stuck feelings — guilt, sadness, anger — as a pattern to do TAT about, closing with space for a silent, wordless exchange to help you reach more peace.
Tapas shares what inspired the recordings — hearing of many cats and some dogs crying inconsolably. Perceiving energetic things, she describes something in their fields that seems to attack them (possibly wifi/modern frequencies or non-embodied beings), and reassures owners they can simply set the intention that TAT works on whatever the weird thing is, without needing to identify it.
A live demonstration with Kai, a 20-month-old whippet who had cried and whined his whole life. Tapas scans his energy — finding overheated "projection" energy in his brain and spine — then leads a TAT session. Afterward Kai relaxes on his owner's lap and bounds around the garden. His owners describe him as calm and connected for the first time.
Tapas answers common questions about using TAT with animals — what an energy clearing is, how it's done via the heart pose while listening to a recording, and how it works remotely. She covers signs a pet needs help, side effects (tiredness, possibly needing less medication), wifi/frequency influences, session length, and how you'll know it worked.
Jan's testimonial about Taffy, her 60-pound poodle-collie mix. Over Easter Taffy turned confused, fearful and nearly catatonic; tests found nothing, and Jan declined a $4,000 MRI for suspected tumor, Alzheimer's or stroke. After one TAT session with Tapas, the episode resolved — no recurrence, temperament and body shape normal.
The foundational TAT for Cats class — making a pot for your cat, clearing your own 'stopper thoughts,' three ways to do the TAT pose, and applying TAT to trauma, allergies, fear/anxiety, getting along with other animals, and distance work. Participants raise a crying lonely cat, a fearful biting rescue kitten, and a senior cat, then do a group TAT.
The foundational TAT for Cats class (a second group). Same curriculum, with Bruce's senior cats and grief over pets' passing (plus a feral colony) and Jeannie's multi-cat household — allergies and inappropriate peeing, isolation, feline herpes, and IBD — addressed in a group 'pot' TAT.
An early foundational group class on using TAT with dogs — covering how to 'make a pot' for your dog, clearing your own 'stopper thoughts,' three ways to do the TAT pose, and applying TAT to trauma, food/medicine allergies, fear/anxiety, and getting along with other animals. Participants raise fear, aggression, heart failure, and multi-dog issues, then do a group TAT.
The foundational TAT for Dogs class (a second group). Same curriculum — making a pot, stopper thoughts, three TAT poses, trauma, allergies, fear/anxiety, getting along with other animals. Participants' goals include thunderstorm fear, food allergies, dog aggression, Lyme, and helping rescue dogs, followed by a group 'pot' TAT.
A short teaching clip defining terms Tapas uses in TAT's healing language: frequencies (how fast something vibrates), energetic fields (the realm where a set of frequencies lives), and fractal (an endlessly repeating pattern formed from unresolved past events). Meant to help listeners feel at ease with the words when they hear them.
The full "cat been hacked" recording. Tapas explains why a cat may yowl and look distressed when nothing helps — she perceives a green "hologram" over the head or spine, as if the cat is trapped in a projected movie. She then leads a guided session to dissolve it.
A guided TAT healing session (the full process, not an introduction). Tapas leads the heart-pose intention, guides the release of entanglement with the harmful frequencies of a core repeating pattern, opens the receptors to love, happiness, peace, prosperity and health, and integrates the healing through the poses with gratitude. (Nearly identical script to 'Help Your Crying Cat.')
Tapas gently validates the painful feelings — inadequacy, guilt, even thoughts of rehoming — that arise when a cat cries incessantly and nothing helps. She reassures the caregiver that the TAT intention includes them, so the healing is for both the cat and the person, who are emotionally connected.
A live remote session with Tapas's niece Jenny and her cats Wesley and Whiskey. Tapas scans Whiskey (energy blockages at the neck, base and tip of the tail) and leads a TAT session that also includes Jenny's own stress and self-criticism; afterward Jenny feels a release of over-responsibility and Whiskey settles and purrs.
A guided TAT healing session directed at a crying cat. Tapas leads the heart-pose intention, releases entanglement with the harmful sounds and frequencies of a core repeating pattern, opens the receptors to love, happiness, peace, prosperity and health, and integrates through the poses with gratitude. (Nearly identical script to 'Tat for Cats.')
A client testimonial about Snowball, a 16-year-old cat with lifelong IBS who was chronically uncomfortable after eating and cried at night. After about three TAT sessions — the last described as life-changing — he now eats normally, seems comfortable, and no longer cries, behaving like a normal cat for the first time in 15 years.
